Conference

We work on key international climate and nature conferences to produce:

  • Exhibition films: We create videos to build interest in upcoming events. We also create films that can be shown during your event or at your conference pavilion to enhance your impact. Using advanced animation and our virtual studio, we can build engagement with eye-catching visuals.
  • Spokespeople interviews: We offer one-hour slots to interview your spokespeople for fast social media distribution and/or evergreen content.
  • Event coverage: We offer half-day slots for your conference events. You receive a complete edited record from two angles, interviews with your spokespeople and/or guests, and clips, highlights or explainers in whatever format you need. We also provide photography services with optional rush delivery.

In 2025, we're heading to

Exhibition films

Five of our films were shown on a loop on screens in the Blue Zone at COP 29, including for the UN Climate Change High-Level Champions (above).

Spokesperson interviews

"Incredible work under pressure. Five days before Climate NYC, Climate Acceptance Studio stepped in and delivered a complex, fluid brief. They coordinated with another production company and managed multiple stakeholders and locations, all while creating a suite of content that compellingly captured our launch event and messages from international climate leaders. Their ability to turn complex, last-minute interactions into a seamless, polished final product was nothing short of impressive. We will be working with them again."

Event coverage

"Knowing how fast-paced and demanding international events are and that our in-house digital team couldn’t cover everything, we wanted to work with a partner who could work independently but still produce in-tone, on-brand video outputs. Climate Acceptance Studios came on board to film our CEO over several key events at UNGA79, and we hired them again to cover our flagship event at COP29. They were nimble and calm, working well within fluid fast-paced environments and communicating excellently with all our staff both internally and on the ground. Most importantly, they produced the high-quality content we wanted, which communicated our key messages effectively and performed well on social media."
